29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about October 9, 2019 and times prior, the employer used flexible cords in the place of fixed wiring in the following areas: a) On the northeast wall by the overhead door for the Dayton heater mounted on the wall. b) On the south east side by the Marion Mixer, flexible and extension cords for wall fan, sewing machine, Dayton heater, and fans. Nu-Way Products Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1375716, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Garrison Avenue, West Memphis, AR 72301.
