29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 1524 N. Philip St., Philadelphia, PA 19122 - The employer did not ensure that an employee, who was walking and using a ladder near a partially covered floor hole at a height of approximately 12 feet 9 inches above the lower level, was protected by a guardrail or other system or alternative fall protection measure, thus exposing the employee to fall from height hazards. This condition was noted to exist on or about April 6, 2019.
