29 CFR 1926.960(b)(1)(i): Employees who were not qualified were permitted to work on or with exposed energized lines or parts of equipment. At 6061 SW 80th Street, SOUTH MIAMI, FL, 33143: On or about September 21, 2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to an electrocution hazard, when a Lineman who was not trained was working from an elevated position within the MAD of exposed energized overhead power lines, and within the MAD of exposed energized parts of equipment. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
