29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Matt slitter area: On or about August 20, 2019 and times prior the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work in the same area where a cable connected to a metallic outlet box was not provided with strain relief.
