29 CFR 1910.140(c)(10)(i): Personal fall protection including snaphooks and carabiners must not be connected directly to webbing, rope, or wire rope; unless they are designed for such connections: On or about August 5, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees were not using unapproved lanyards and snaphooks as anchor points. Employees were using regular gate style lanyards and rebar snap hooks, also known as pelican hooks to be connected to the webbing.
