29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches, plus or minus 3 inches, above the walking-working surface: a. On or about August 5, 2019, the employer did not ensure the top rail at the Tundish Repair area in #1 Steel Producing Division was 42 inches above the walking-working surface. b. On or about August 5, 2019, the employer did not ensure the top rail on the top of the Hot Strip Mills was 42 inches above the walking-working surface. c. On or about August 5, 2019, the employer did not ensure the top rail on the slab yard and conditioning cranes in the Hot Strip Mill Division were 42 inches above the walking-working surface.
