29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about August 5, 2019 and times prior, the employer did not keep the following places of employment in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a. The east and west sides of Fab 1 had equipment and material such as but not limited to, extension cords, taped welding machine cords, green jackets, and pieces of metal, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards. b. The walking and working surface in Fab 2 had material and equipment such as but not limited to, sheets of metal, metal pipe, fans, and portable fire extinguishers placed on the floor, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
