29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure and post exposure evaluation and follow-up to all employees who had an exposure incident: On or about July 19, 2019, employees received an occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) while cleaning droplets of blood following a work-related injury involving a right index fingertip amputation on a Hobart Slicer in the Deli Department. The employer did not ensure that the Hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series were made available and offered to the employees with occupational exposures. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
