29 CFR 1904.31(b)(2): Work related injuries and illnesses sustained by employees from a temporary help service, employee leasing service, or personnel supply service, that were supervised by the employer on a day-to-day basis, were not recorded: The employer did not record on their OSHA Form 300 Log of Work Related Injuries and Illnesses work related injuries that were sustained by temporary help service employees who were supervised by the employer on a day-to-day basis, including: a) On or about July 3, 2019, a temporary employee from A.S.G. Staffing, Inc. sustained a workplace injury to both heels resulting in an inpatient hospitalization and days away from work. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
