29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about June 11, 2019, and times prior thereto, the employer did not develop and implement equipment specific procedures to control hazardous energy or provide alternative procedures that were at least as effective as lockout/tagout for employee's to use when cleaning cans from in between the belt of roller of the aluminum can baler conveyor. Employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards.
