29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: a) On or about 6/26/2019, employees cleaning at the end of their shift on R65 used an air wand without the pressure reducing tip in good shape. Dead head pressure on the tips would have been in excess of 30 p.s.i. as the HUSKY PRO air compressor in the shipping department had a gauge on it with a reading of 90 p.s.i. b) On or about 6/26/2019, employees cleaning at the end of their shift on Machine T62 folder area used an air wand without the pressure reducing tip in good shape. Dead head pressure on the tips would have been in excess of 30 p.s.i. as the HUSKY PRO air compressor in the shipping department had a gauge on it with a reading of 90 p.s.i. c) On or about 6/26/2019, employees cleaning at the end of their shift on Machine T62 packing station area used an air wand without the pressure reducing tip in good shape.
