29 CFR 1926.62(i)(5)(i): The employer did not provide adequate handwashing facilities in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.51(f), for use by employees exposed to lead: Lead painted trim demolition- Hilltop School, on or about June 21, 2019 Employees were not provided with adequate handwashing facilities for use by employees exposed to lead. Chinburg Builders Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1163807, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as September 12, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 120 Main St. Saco, Maine.
