29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not collect personal samples representative of a full shift, including at least one sample for each job classification in each work area, either for each shift or for the shift with the highest exposure level: Lead painted trim demolition- Hilltop School, on or about June 21, 2019 Personal air sampling was not conducted to determine lead exposure levels. The Chinburg Builders Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926(d)(1)(I) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1163807, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 12, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 120 Main St. Saco, Maine.
