29 CFR 1926.62(f)(2)(i): The employer must implement a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134(b) through (d) (except (d)(1)(iii)), and (f) through (m), which covers each employee required by this section to use a respirator. Lead paint trim demolition at Hilltop School- On or about June 21, 2019 workers were exposed to lead and the employer had not developed and implemented a respiratory program for workers required to wear respirators during the cutting of trim and the clean up of debris containing lead paint
