29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) POOL ROOM- Power strips were used to power a tool battery charger, wireless routers, a digital clock, and pool and cooling tower monitoring equipment, exposing workers to electrocution and fire hazards. (b) FIRE CONTROL PUMP ROOM-A power strip was used to power a fan, fridge, radio, Wifi Router, phone charger, and second power strip, exposing workers to electrocution and fire hazards. (c) TECH SHOP- A power strip was used to power tool battery chargers and other repair equipment, exposing workers to electrocution and fire hazards.
