IbakeFoods, LLC, 256 Baker Street, Rimersburg, PA 16248, sanitation room, on or about June 12, 2019 and times prior thereto: Employees enter an electrical breaker panel cage area to turn on breakers for equipment including, but not limited to, metal dough tub and a pallet of boxes. The path of egress from the electrical breaker panel cage area was 12-inches.
