29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: A.) IbakeFoods, LLC, 256 Baker Street, Rimersburg, PA 16248, packing room at the six pack wrapper, on or about June 12, 2019 and times prior thereto: Employees were plugging equipment including, but not limited to, a VIAjet L12 thermal inkjet printer (S/N: 02628) and a CTM labeling system (S/N: 360a-2750-1801) into a metallic electrical knockout pendant box. The metallic electrical knockout box was not being used as it was listed and labelled.
