29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means. On or about May 31, 2019, at USALCO in the electrical room the employer allowed employee(s) to work in an electrical panel with energized circuits. The employee was terminating cables in the electrical cabinet that was 480 volts and 400 amps.
