29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: (a) On or about 5/7/2019 - Bay 1, employees were exposed to a fire hazard when a flexible cord was run though a wall and connected to a relocatable power tap then to power a 125V fluorescent lamp fixture. (b) On or about 5/7/2019 - Bay 4 Wall Adjacent to Dispatch Office, employees were exposed to an electric shock hazard when a flexible cord was run through a wall to power a 125V receptacle.
