29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): (a) On or about 5/1/2019 - at 1203 1st Ave SE, Graysville, AL, employees were exposed to chemical hazards when the employer's workplace hazard assessment did not address the use of hand protection for employees working with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, P-4 Truck Wash, Jasco Acetone, Peak Global Lifetime Concentrate Antifreeze and Coolant, and Final Charge Yellow 50/50 Prediluted Antifreeze and Coolant.
