29 CFR 1910.177(c)(3): The employer did not provide additional training as necessary to assure that each employee maintains proficiency in servicing rim wheels safely: (a) On or about 4/30/2019 - I-22 Eastbound approximately 330 feet west of mile marker 25, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard when the employer did not assure that the employees maintained the ability to service rim wheels safely such as, but not limited to, following safe operating procedure or provide additional training as necessary.
