29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Casa Tortilla Process Line - on or about April 18, 2019, employees performed sanitation operations cleaning the casa oven, seed feeder, mixer, dough feeder, pre-sheeter, sheeter, and sheeter discharge conveyor belts, but the employer had not developed machine specific procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy sources. Keystone Food Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1264804, citation number 2, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on November 27, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3767 Hecktown Road in Easton, PA. Keystone Food Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1107723, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3767 Hecktown Road in Easton, PA.
