29 CFR 1926.59: Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 1910.1200 of this chapter. 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: On or about 04/15/2019, Advantage Construction & Remodeling, a job site located at 100 Sugar Creek Drive, Troy, MO (and/or other site(s)), employees were exposed to various products such as Dyna Grip 4000 by DAP, OSI & Latex chalking, and diesel fuel. The employer did not have nor provided Safety Data Sheets (SDS) within their HAZCOM Program; therefore, none were available at the site.
