29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided. ESTABLISHMENT: The two (2) electrical duplex outlet boxes on the West wall at the Carrier Parcel area were cracked and loose. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard {29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii)}, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1021660, Citation Number 01, Item Number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/13/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 11111 Jefferson Boulevard, Culver City, CA 90230.
