29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): This provision is applicable to construction employment by 1926.59. 29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced: The employer is failing to protect employees from injury when handling chemicals. This was most recently observed at 2340 Keystone Dr, Omaha, Nebraska on March 28th, 2019 when employees were applying asphalt sealant and they had not been provided training to recognize the hazards associated with the chemicals they were exposed to.
