29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): This provision is applicable to construction employment by 1926.59. 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: The employer is failing to protect employees from injuries while applying chemicals during road repair activities. This was most recently observed at 2340 Keystone Dr., Omaha, Nebraska on March 28, 2019 when employees were handling asphalt sealant and the employer had not created a written hazard communication program.
