29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: Employees were exposed to fire hazards. Employees that access the Chemical Room, located off the building on the south side, were exposed to an Amerex portable fire extinguisher that was overdue for it's annual maintenance check. The fire extinguisher had last been inspected in June 2017.
