29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft. At this workplace, employees conducted frozen food preparation and packaging operations, at the defrosting area the machine rotating shafts protruded more than the one half of the diameter of the shaft and were unguarded.
