29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure and post exposure evaluation and follow-up to all employees who had an exposure incident: On or about March 4, 2019, an employee had an occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) while being allowed to clean droplets of blood following a work-related injury. The employer did not ensure that the Hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series were available and offered to employees. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
