29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator. On or about and days prior to February 22, 2019: Employees working at the site located at 4026 North Expressway in Hampton, Georgia are exposed to inhalation hazards from chemicals such as but not limited to lead, arsenic, zinc, and propane from burning/cutting forklifts. The employees are required to wear a 3M half face respirator. The employer did not provide a fit test for employees prior to initial use of the respirator.
