On or about February 06, 2019, at 1970 122nd Avenue, Shinn Grove, Tract 1, block 18, Vero Beach, Florida, 32960, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard when using an 18 feet aluminum ladder that was placed under an energized overhead electrical line to pick oranges from trees.
