29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met: Employees were exposed to health hazards. Employees engaged in bucket molding activities were exposed to health hazards in that the employer did not update their written hazard communication program in accordance with the revised hazard communication standard. Hazardous Chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to Gel-Coat, glue, resin and fiberglass. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2): Abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
