Case Lot Order Filling Module 9, 10, 11 (near firewall) On or about and times prior to January 29, 2019, employees engaged in product jam clearing on the module conveyor belt systems did not receive training that addressed the applicable energy source, the type and magnitude of the energy in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary to isolate and control the energy source on the module conveyor belts, thus exposing employees to a caught-in hazard.
