Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall and struck-by hazards. This was most recently documented on or about January 18, 2019 at a jobsite located at or near 3963 Harvester Road, Saint Peters, MO, where a five man crew was installing roof trusses onto a commercial building and were exposed to a variety of hazards. The employer did not establish and implement a program to provide for frequent and regular onsite inspections to identify and correct any hazardous situations.
