OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employer did not ensure that a Townsend SK-11-350 Open Top Skinner in the New Ham Line area was placed in a de-energized state when not being used during a production shift. Abatement certification is required for this violation. This documentation may include, but not limited to photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records. Among other methods, feasible and useful methods of correction would include, but are not limited to: Develop written procedures to ensure the Townsend SK 11-350 Open Top Skinner in the New Ham Line area is de-energized when not being used by a trained operator during a production shift
