29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Production Area, On or about November 27, 2018 and at times prior, the employer exposed his employees to potential chemical hazards in that the employer allowed his employees to work with chemicals such as but not limited to propane, calcium carbonate and polyethylene without first training the employees on the hazards associated with the chemicals on site.
