29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(8)(i): Labels were not affixed to all products containing asbestos and to all containers containing such products, including waste containers: At a worksite located 3119 to 3123 (Shankman Building) and 3125-3133 (Michaelson Building), Kansas City, MO 64109: Employees were exposed to asbestos containing materials. The employer failed to label all products containing asbestos at the worksite. This was demonstrated when demolition work to the pipe chases, demolition of walls, and disturbance of thermal system insulation (TSI) had occurred and the employer did not ensure that all installed asbestos products contained a visible label.
