29 CFR 1926.62(h)(3): Shoveling, dry or wet sweeping, and brushing were used when vacuuming or other equally effective methods were effective: At a worksite located 3119 to 3123 (Shankman Building) and 3125-3133 (Michaelson Building), Kansas City, MO 64109: Employees were exposed to lead containing material. The employer failed use other methods to reduce the production of dust during the cleaning process. Dry sweeping and shoveling of materials into containers was performed at the worksite after scraping, grinding, and demolition activities.
