29 CFR 1926.62(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: At a worksite located 3119 to 3123 (Shankman Building) and 3125-3133 (Michaelson Building), Kansas City, MO 64109: Employees are exposed to lead. It was determined on November 8, 2018 that surfaces at the worksite were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Materials that were stored in the buildings were contaminated with lead as a result scraping and grinding activities taking place prior to the removal of these materials.
