29 CFR 1926.62(l)(2)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee was trained in the purpose, proper selection, fitting, use, and limitations of respirators: At a worksite located 3119 to 3123 (Shankman Building) and 3125-3133 (Michaelson Building), Kansas City, MO 64109: Employees were exposed to lead containing materials. The employer failed to provide training to employees regarding the use of respiratory protection. Employees were not provided any training on the purpose, selection, fit, and limitations associated with respirators used at the worksite. Employees were wearing dust masks, tight-fitting respirators, and at times no respirators while scraping and grinding on interior walls of the worksite.
