29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not collect personal samples representative of a full shift, including at least one sample for each job classification in each work area, either for each shift or for the shift with the highest exposure level: At a worksite located 3119 to 3123 (Shankman Building) and 3125-3133 (Michaelson Building), Kansas City, MO 64109: Employees were exposed to lead containing materials. The employer failed to determine if any employees may be exposed to lead at or above the action level prior to beginning manual demolition operations of the interior portions of the buildings. No personal full shift air sampling was performed for each job classification or for the shift with the highest exposure for any of the employees at the worksite.
