29 CFR 1926.51(a)(1): An adequate supply of potable water was not provided in all places of employment: At a worksite located 3119 to 3123 (Shankman Building) and 3125-3133 (Michaelson Building), Kansas City, MO 64109: Employees were exposed to health related complication including but not limited to dehydration and muscle cramping. The employer failed to provide employees with any means of potable water at the worksite.
