29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59): At a worksite located 3119 to 3123 (Shankman Building) and 3125-3133 (Michelson Building), Kansas City, MO 64109: Employees were exposed to toxic and/or hazardous substances, including but not limited to lead, asbestos, crystalline silica, and unknown substances left by the previous owner of the building. The employer failed to provide employees with the identification of the substances, safety data sheets explaining the hazards associated with the substances, and training to understand how to identify and avoid the substances located at the worksite.
