29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a) On July 22, 2018, employees working under silo 4 were exposed to a slipping hazard in that the silo had approximately 0.0125 inches of water in it and resin beads all over the floor.
