29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that live parts to which an employee may be exposed to were de-energized before the employee worked on or near them. This violation most recently occurred on or about September 24, 2018, where at least one (1) employee was required to perform maintenance and/or repair electrical equipment such as but not limited to parking lot lights on poles. Employees are exposed to electrical shock hazards.
