29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surface on which employees are to work have the strength and structural integrity to support employees safely. Employees were allowed to work on surfaces that did not have the requisite strength and structural integrity. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall and struck by hazards. This was most recently documented on or about October 1, 2018 at a jobsite located at or near 16875 Industrial Park Drive, Bowling Green, MO. The employer did not ensure that walking/working surfaces which employees were working had the requisite strength and structural integrity. Employees were working on the top plate of walls and the bottom chord of roof trusses.
