29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: On or about August 9, and times prior, the employer did not provide hardhats to employees working in the overhead Falcon and Norwood conveyor paint lines, employees stocking approximately 20ft tall storage racks, and employees operating cranes/hoists manufactured by Budget in the South and North Plants.
