Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 002 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: a) Dye house: On or about August 14, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a chemical hazard, in that a hazard communication program was not developed or implemented for employees working with chemicals, such as but not limited to, Foursperse Yellow 3GB, Zep Sweeping compound, Dyesperse Rubine, and sodium hydroxide solution.
