29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: a) Facility wide: On or about August 8, 2018 and at times prior to, the employer has employees performing tasks such as cleaning up blood and other potentially infectious materials following employee injuries and did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series prior to assigning the employees work where they were exposed to blood.
