29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(ii): When a qualified person was working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person would not bring any conductive object closed to unguarded, energized overhead lines than the distances given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section. (Per reference 29 CFR 1910.180(j)): Fort Bragg, Woodruff/Ord Rd. sub-station: The employer did not ensure that qualified employees performing troubleshooting activities in close proximity to an open breaker with 7200 volts of live electrical parts adhered to the proper approach distance of at least 24 inches.
